Justin Taylor is the Broker/Owner of The Agency and is a full time real estate agent.  He created the company to share his vision and passion for real estate and fill a void in the market place. The Agency was built to bring clients the personal concierge service they should expect when buying or selling their largest investment.

A residential marketing specialist, Justin’s ability to rapidly identify the key selling features of a home while mitigating any weaknesses empowers his sellers to hit the market with maximum showing potential, and repeatedly enables him to deliver record results. His sellers are drawn to his unique ability to combine financial savvy with creative custom online marketing strategies, delivering heightened broker interest and elevated levels of appointments. Sellers come to him for his eye for design and staging, which have helped increase the asking price and decrease time on the market. Justin remains in the top 1% of all Saint Louis and Saint Charles Real Estate Agents.

Justin is an avid communicator who has an innate ability to understand his client’s needs. That coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry and his network of contacts have attributed to his success. He works closely with highly accomplished team to make the selling process flawless for his clients. His 90% referral rate is a testament to his exceptional level of service and expertise.

Constantly looking for market trends and shifts, Justin looks to the larger real estate markets outside of St. Louis to adapt new strategies to push his clienteles marketing beyond what is “Standard” in St. Louis. This lead him into a 14 week training program and two trips to NY to train with Fredrik Eklund of The Bravo hit show Millions Dollar Listing New York. Justin appeared on the show beside Fredrik while training in New York. Fredrik’s remains NY’s #1 broker closing over $1 Billion in 2015.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree from the University of Kansas. He grew up in Leawood, Kansas and moved to Saint Louis after he graduated from KU. He enjoys running, biking, swimming and traveling.  He eats, sleeps and breathes all things related to real estate.

A native of Saint Louis, Brandon, received his Master of Arts in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning from Saint Louis University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Finance, Economics, and Real Estate from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Brandon zealously represents his clients and brings his contagious energy, an unrelenting professionalism and knowledge of development and planning to The Agency STL.  Obsessed with his client’s success, he is constantly seeking out the newest technological innovation and market reports to give his clients the advantage.

Every client has very different needs and goals. As an intensely goal-oriented individual, Brian is exhilarated by the pursuit of client satisfaction. As a Realtor, Brian makes it his mission to get to know each client and help focus the entire process on factors that will help them truly realize their goals while buying or selling a home. He views his interactions with his clientele as more than transactions revolving around a property; he devotes time into cultivating and maintaining relationships with individuals to truly offer a higher level of service, offering a thoughtfully considered approach to achieving each specific goal.

Born and raised in the St. Louis Area, Brian stayed true to his roots and attended University of Missouri-Columbia for his college education where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.

Brian knows a few things about buying/selling a home. As a homeowner and landlord, Brian knows the process can be frustrating venture which allows him to commit to easing any anxiety a client may have about the process. Demonstrating a great deal of patience, Brian strives to relieve his clients from any stress or pressure that transactions can potentially cause.

Brian feels the best part about working as a Realtor is breaking down those needs for each individual client and finding a solution. As a lifelong St. Louisan, he thoroughly enjoys all the area has to offer. Each county, municipality and neighborhood has its own makeup and that is what makes St. Louis such a great place to live. Brian knows the landscape of St. Louis; it takes a true professional to know each pocket of every neighborhood to allow the client to make an informed decision.

Irina Wagner

Originally from Ukraine and raised in California from age 16, Irina is not your ordinary real estate agent.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Irina enjoyed a successful career in the U.S. Army and the aerospace manufacturing industry. She obtained her formal degree in Quality Control and Aviation Business Administration from elite aeronautical schools such as Spartan College of Aeronautics and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

After a few relocation experiences of her own, Irina and her husband, a St. Louis native, permanently returned to St. Louis where she has established a successful Real Estate career.

Irina enjoys the daily challenges of Real Estate and draws upon her diverse skill set to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Irina’s military experience has provided a skill set ranging from strong problem solving to keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex business transactions. She provides her clients with all of the necessary tools to make an educated decision.

As a multilingual agent, Irina can relate to all backgrounds. With her calm demeanor, attentive personality, and ability to educate and provide real time relevant data, Irina values being a knowledgeable resource while helping her clients to focus on the daily activities as a buyer or seller.

Geoff Jones

For Geoff Jones, real estate is more than a job—it’s his lifelong passion. As an agent, his insight into the structure and value of homes, as well as the unique characteristics of each neighborhood and city, are invaluable to his clients. A listing specialist, he has sold nearly 200 homes since beginning his career 2008.

He wasted no time in getting started in the field. The day after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2004, he began training as an appraiser apprentice en route to becoming a certified residential appraiser. He has since appraised over 3,000 houses and currently owns an appraisal company that services the largest lenders in St. Louis.

Growing up in St. Louis, Geoff was raised in the business, with every member of his family involved in some aspect of real estate. His experience with marketing and sales match well with knowledge of appraisals, general construction and design to help sellers make key improvements and price their homes to maximize profits. These skills have led him to have one of the best sales to list price ratios among all St. Louis agents.

From first contact to closing, Geoff is committed to client satisfaction above all. With strong attention to communication and customer service, he aims to make clients enjoy the buying and selling process as much as he does.

In his personal time, he enjoys playing in the yard with his kids, Alexandria and August, and black Labs, Doc and Moose, as well spending time with his wife, Christine, being active, exploring the city and checking out new restaurants. He also invests in the rehabilitation and renovation of homes throughout the area and owns rental property.

Meg Hull began her St. Louis real estate career in 2012 and knows the ins and outs of the fast moving, ever-fluid real estate market. Meg attended Indiana University and Webster University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications with double focus in Marketing and Design & Production, and a Master’s degree in Education. She transitioned into real estate several years ago after a rewarding career, teaching Junior Kindergarten. Her previous experience in design and marketing has developed her acute attention to detail and analytical skills. When not exploring new places around the city, she dedicates her time to traveling, enjoying live music, reading, cooking new recipes, and volunteering.

 

Christi Alexander

Christi Alexander first entered the real estate industry in 2015. Born and raised in Clayton, she quickly familiarized herself with the St. Louis market. Her instinct for identifying unique opportunities in the housing market allows her clients to be ahead of the game in both buying and selling positions. Christi focuses her business in the Clayton, Maplewood, and Richmond Heights neighborhoods, but is constantly researching housing trends in both established and up-and-coming areas of St. Louis.

Christi is a customer service oriented agent dedicated to meeting her clients’ needs. Her knowledge of the fast-paced real estate market in addition to her loyalty and professionalism has allowed Christi to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with her clients. She is quick and thorough in her communication, making certain her clients are informed and can make educated buying and selling decisions.

Christi attended University of Missouri, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. Having spent several years in the wealth management industry, Christi has a strong background in marketing and customer relations. In her down time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family, and two rescue dogs.
