Renters Guide

  • Application fees ($25 – $50 per person)

Security Deposit is due at lease signing and is usually equal to one month’s rent.  Your first month’s rent will be due upon taking possession of the apartment.

Financial Qualification

Most landlords require that your monthly income is 3 times your monthly rent. Outstanding loans, assets, liquidation, credit, criminal and rent history are also taken into consideration.


Owners Guide

We will apply the same process to leasing a home as we do to selling a home, but will make some adjustments in the marketing plan to target renters instead of buyers.  Additionally, we will perform a thorough credit and background check on potential applicants.  We will also contact previous landlords and provide proof of employment and income.
